Insanity Workout

So earlier this week without further delay or excuse I decided to start the "Insanity" workout by Shaun T. I found out in short time how limited my cardio had become. So to say that this should improve that over time would be an understatement. But I really have enjoyed it! It definately takes alot out of you. And the average workout is about 30 minutes that I've seen. But your constantly moving with the exception of 30 second breaks added in to help you recoup. And you clothing is sure to look and feel like you just took a swim in a lake fully dressed.:)

So the experience has been great so far. I haven't had any serious soreness the day after since I began. And I will say after each workout I have stood there with a feeling of accomplishment that I made it thru.

Looking forward to what the following weeks bring with it. I may also incorporate some P90X or One on Ones from time to time, if I have the energy to do so ;)
